Ryan will be performing at 4:00 with Kevin Kammeraad at Grand Rapids Annual Festival of the Arts this Saturday June 7. Also, come visit us in the art tent all weekend where we will have books and music available!

Thanks to all my attendees at my session on Graphic Literature at the Michigan Library Association Spring Institute. Ryan attended Jackson Park Middle School Thursday for a fun writing workshop. Thanks to the students and a wonderful staff for the great morning!

Ryan will be presenting at The Second Annual SteeleStock on Friday at Steele Elementary in Mason— "a day of peace, love and music" - talking to the elementary students on how he makes music and books for kids and sharing a few songs.

Next weekend: Ryan will be in Detroit, Michigan presenting at the Michigan Reading Association's annual conference, and he is super excited about it - there is a great line-up of fellow kids book experts, and it is going to be a non-stop weekend of picture book mayhem. I'll post pictures upon my return...or will I return?

Ryan spoke at the semi-annual Student Teacher Fire-Up today. This is the fifth year that Ryan has been presenting at Fire-Up helping new education students get their berrings for their new roles as student-teachers.
